General
- A - Automatically Copy Games to Respective Folder: If you have a Game List attached to a folder for centralizing your DS games, having this checked will automatically copy them to that folder when importing. This will allow you to have Rominator copy the game to the folder, and import it into the database so you don’t have to move it first, and then add it. Since a copy is made you’re free to delete the one you dragged onto Rominator.
- B - Automatically Check for Updates: Every time Rominator is launched, it will check for updates to the DS Database and Program Updates.
- C - Append Date when Importing Save Files: Whenever in a flash card and backing up save games, with this option it will add the current date in brackets at the end of the save game name, so you know what day the save was backed up.
- D - Show Tips on Startup: Will show a random Rominator quick tip upon launching. You might learn a thing or two!
- E - Remove Missing Games upon Refreshing List: When you press the Refresh button to update a list, having this option enabled will remove the missing games from your list. Missing games have a red background behind the game entry.
- F - Show Metacritic Data in DS Catalog: For Registered users only, in the DS Game Catalog it will display and update Metacritic Scores and descriptions for games as you click on them.
- G - Disable Existing File Check: If this option is enabled, Rominator will not check if a file does not exist in your game lists. This can greatly increase network performance and only needs to be used if your game list is on a network drive.
- H - New List Default View Options: Here you can configure the default view options for a new game list. It will not apply to currently existing game lists, only new ones.
